CamLoc Education Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment 

 – Enrolment is for one full term, following the Sydney private school calendar.

 – Mid-term enrolments will be charged pro-rata.

 – All students must complete entry exam. 

2. Payment Policy

 – Fees must be paid in full before or on the due date. 

 – Payment methods include cash (discount available), and bank transfer.

3. Make-up Lessons

 – Students are entitled to one make-up lesson per term if notice is given 24 hours in advance.

 – Make-up lessons cannot roll over to the next term.

4. Absences and Withdraw

 – Notify absences at least 24 hours in advance.

 – For withdraw, a full term’s notice is required.

5. Term Dates

 – Follow the Sydney private school calendar.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

 – Maintain a respectful and safe learning environment.

 – Enrolment may be cancelled in cases of bullying or severe misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

 – All materials provided are for personal use only and can not be shared.

8. Updates to Terms

 – Terms are subject to change and will be updated without notice.
